Returns & Refunds policy

Conditions for returns:

As we deal in perishable items we don’t do any refund / exchange. However we do make exceptions in case the following circumstances:

Don’t receive the delivery of product within 24 Hrs of placing the order

Receive the wrong product

Received a tampered or damaged product

We reserve the right

To request product identification

To determine the product has been damaged, abused or used

Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product otherwise we will be unable to assist you and address concerns as these are perishable products.

The amount will be refunded /reimbursed to the same instrument that was used to transact on Cococart. The refund will be credited to your account within 7-10 business working days, as per the standard banking procedure.

We are extremely diligent and do not sell expired products. In the event that you get an expired product,

Products which are not expired or damaged will not be exchanged or refunded under any circumstance.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
